The Giannini Brass has performed throughout the state of North
Carolina; from "Murphy to Manteo," as the saying
goes. Inspired by the history, and scenic beauty of the Tarheel
State, the Giannini Brass offers "Carolina Scrapbook,"
a musical journey through the history of North Carolina. The
journey includes music of the Colonial Era, the Civil War, songs
from the turn of the 20th Century and Beach Music of the recent
times. Projected images of the Tarheel State are accompanied
by musical selections. Our narrator will engage the audience
in a Q&A quiz: "North Carolina, Land of Firsts".
Popular with audiences of all ages. |
